Inconvénients
Upper management treats the employees like dirt. Youth Care Assistants are treated like second class citizens. There is nothing good I can say about how we were treated by management. We dedicated our time, money (donated a lot of it considering we were paid peanuts!!) and our lives to this organization only to be back stabbed!! If you interview with the Florida Sheriffs Youth Ranch ask them, “why do you have so much turnover?” I’ll bet they won’t take responsibility or give you honest answers. ASK IF YOU CAN TALK TO FORMER EMPLOYEES AND MAKE SURE YOU DO! REQUEST A LIST OF ALL THE EMPLOYEES THAT WORKED THERE IN THE PAST 3 YEARS NOT JUST A LIST THEY PICK FOR YOU.
