      Avantages

      Flashlight offered a rare chance to join as an early employee and directly shape the company’s direction, culture, and customer experience. Being part of a fast-growing startup allowed for meaningful ownership, visibility, and impact across the organization.

      Inconvénients

      People management frameworks, feedback loops, and conflict-resolution processes were still evolving, which occasionally resulted in inconsistent handling of employee issues.

      Avantages

      Decent benefits, but not much else aside from that. I suggest looking for opportunities somewhere else.

      Inconvénients

      Pretty unrewarding work, unless you have connections. Otherwise, you're just going to be doing mundane tasks, paid a low salary, and see zero growth in your skills or career. You'd be better off working anywhere else.
