      Avantages

      The pay is okay at best.

      Inconvénients

      Management does not train new employees You are given quotas but they do not tell you that in beginning and then give you other people accounts on top of yours. The computer system is awful, you can't connect and when you do it freezes up and throws you behind.

      None. Deadful company. Stay away

      Inconvénients

      Everything. They do not speak english very well ( India based). They cut your pay if you do not meet quality or quantity matrix. As one of the highest producers,I exceeded my numbers every week. 1 week i was not feeling well my pay went from 18 to 6 an hour.
