      easy to get a job, and easy to quit

      Inconvénients

      no career progression unless your besties with the TLs or commit your soul. Has mental health awareness information- but no actual support for the staff to deal with what you need to listen to on the phone. pay issues

      None. Deadful company. Stay away

      Inconvénients

      Everything. They do not speak english very well ( India based). They cut your pay if you do not meet quality or quantity matrix. As one of the highest producers,I exceeded my numbers every week. 1 week i was not feeling well my pay went from 18 to 6 an hour.
