Useless HR policies - HR department has (I think) 6 staffs and get paid for nothing (They dont know any policies regarding HR, Health and Safety, Maternity and Paternity). Team leaders are useless. Unbelivable employee turnover !!!
Company say "we spend £1000 to train every new recruit" well really I dont get it. Why do you bother to spend a lot of money towards people who will stay only for 6 weeks training and leave. It makes more sense that you would rather spend that money towards existing employees who have been loyal to you.
If you fall sick twice in any 6 months period, then you would be a victim of their so called "DISCIPLINARY POLICY "
