Avantages

there are none at all

Inconvénients

- have to work weekends -rude homeowners and had to sit and get yelled at -Occurrences; even when you have an emergency. They don't care -not allowed to call out without consequences -tier 3 will harass you -supervisors and tier 3 does not do anything!!!!! when a homeowner wants to speak to them, they completely ignore you and won't respond until the homeowner hangs up. -you will have to work holidays -can't changed your schedule at all, because "it's based on the companies needs".

Great Support. Great management. Lots of vendor perks.

Inconvénients

Very long hours. Must work to learn about all full cycle of audits, landscape, accounting, paving, reserve funding, public speaking, basic law, and keep current with new changes in HOA practices

Avantages

They take good care of the office people

Inconvénients

Field workers are second hand citizens. Nepotism by language. Promote people that don't have the skill sets to do the job. The people that have the common sense to be leadership at this point don't want the responsibility anymore. What does that say?
