Avantages
I met some really cool and talented people while interning here. We connected on LinkedIn.
Inconvénients
The company was constantly disorganized and kept itself alive off of the labor of unpaid interns. The CEO cares more about chasing clout than about his own company. Incredibly unprofessional during meetings and would cut off clients mid-sentence to introduce a new client. You have no direction and yet are expected to do all of the work (for no pay, mind you). No one is there leading your team or teaching you industry skills. Me and the other unpaid interns got fed up and left en masse on day. It was glorious. Summary: You do all of the work and organization for no pay. You get to put up with a CEO who doesn't know what he's doing. You get to sit through painful meetings where the CEO gives false hopes and promises to his clients. If you're planning to intern here, don't. If you want to sign on with this company, don't. You're better off going solo and hitting it big on your own. Seriously, don't trust this company to help you grow.
