      Avantages

      The pay was competitive and co-workers are great

      Inconvénients

      This bank makes promises that it never keeps. For example they will tell you that you will have a 90 day probation period and then you will receive a review and be put permanent but that never happens. Was employed for over 7 months and was never put permanent and then was replaced by someone else. The CEO delights in telling you that he is the CEO and that he makes lots of money. The person that runs the mortgage department is incompetent and tells lies about previous employees to others. This person even tries to say that other local areas have fired individuals when that is not the case. Very bad manners, management pretends they are Christians but are not.

      Avantages

      If you are the creative, resourceful type that operates best with a significant amount of latitude- FSG may be the place for you. If you would rather have a spiffy title, work within a box and enjoy a relaxed corporate culture- FSG might be for you. If your home life could benefit from a flexible, down to earth manager- FSG could be the place. *The company is evolving, so new opportunities to contribute outside the day to day are pretty prevalent. *There are only about 265 of us, so you will know who to contact when you need something. *FSG is winning and growing in its markets, following several years of turmoil. *You can make your mark and exposure at the executive and board levels.

      Inconvénients

      FSG is not a multinational so ladder climbers or future expats may be frustrated. FSG does have its own share of drama queens and gossips. You are not going to bank Coke at FSG. If you are looking for perfection or logic, FSG will not have the best batting average. (Human)
