Good mentoring program, lots of questions answered, fosters independence and confidence, fair base pay with strong commission structures for producers, opportunity for account management advancement

No health club perks in building have to pay out of pocket
Friendly people to work with. Good work/life balance.
Inconvénients
No in-house HR so most everyone feels unprotected. People are talked down to on a regular basis. If your boss doesn't like you or think you are smart, forget about ever moving up or keeping your job for that matter. Moving up shouldn't be too much of a concern since there is no where to go anyway
Working hard is not enough. Showing leadership is not encouraged unless you have one of the maybe two good managers there.
Several people have left due to horrible upper management and lack of support. Oh and everyone gets written up at some point.
What ever you decide, do not go into the Sales department. Worst boss ever! And I mean EVER!

We believe this review was posted in error. Our company does not have a sales department or multiple managers, we are a small recruiting firm base out of Chicago.
