Great Company, but poor Management - Avis employé Case Manager First Legal

Changes are constantly being implemented without thorough explanation. Workload is way too heavy for one person, with a support person. Emails are heavy, which doesn't always allow you to get everything done. They promote too quickly before you're ready. They need to hire English speaking people, as overseas people are hard to understand/communicate with. Clients have unrealistic expectations.
