      Strong underwriting dept. Good over all company to work for.

      Inconvénients

      The closing dept. was on the slow side. There were many times you would have to push to get a loan to close on time.

      I love our team of employees. When there is dead line we get the job done with no problem.

      Management needs to be team player as well.

      Avantages

      The ability to work from home. The employee benefits and income potential were very good. Fun working environment and corporate perks.

      Inconvénients

      They were under staffed and put a lot of work on the employees that they did have working for them. The supervision by superiors left a lot to be desired. They were very demanding and not very forgiving.
