Inconvénients
Cons? Low pay as far as managers go Lack of training Wanting you to work 10-11 hours a day without being paid for it. Favoritism I was supposed to be a manager at First Class but during my time there I didn't feel like that at all. I had no room to manage my team, manage operations, or anything else. Any move I tried to make I had to ask to do so. They told me when I was first hired that I was supposed to run the branch, but that never really happened. Anything I tried to do in regards to running the branch got shut down. I hade 2 employees at the time that both always called off, amd often times inwas in the office by myself. I tried to replace both employees after excessive call offs and poor work performance, but even with that I was told I could do nothing about it. They made me be stuck with 2 bad apples on my team. I tried to better the office and team, but their micromanagement nature wouldn't allow for me to do my job correctly. It was terrible. Literally one of the worst jobs I've ever had. It put a bad taste in my mouth towards the staffing industry.
