      Avantages

      I loved working for FCS but left due to being offered another job. Unfortunately the other job didn't work out for me and I wish I never left. The team were fantastic, training was fantastic and the office was fantastic.

      Inconvénients

      I cannot think of any cons apart from leaving when I shouldn't of

      Avantages

      I have worked for the company for a little while and I can say this is the best it's ever been in terms of support, rewards, and just overall team vibes. I am really happy to be here.. I never dread coming to work unlike other places I've been. Our ops manager goes out of their way to celebrate everything and make sure we are listened to and appreciated. Everyone helps eachother. The team are great. The view from the office is nice especially when it's sunny.

      Inconvénients

      I can see a previous review mentions lack of support and competitve culture. I really do disagree with this, maybe it's referring to previous managers or the team a long time ago as the team now are supportive and everyone lifts eachother up, and managers go out of their way to be flexible and fair with everyone. it truly is a lovely place to work.
