Smaller company so less bureaucracy. Decent medical benefits.
Inconvénients
Toxic, toxic workplace with lots of in-fighting, siloed departments, complete utter lack of transparency, ZERO path for individual professional growth or mobility, shockingly low EQ amongst many of the executives.
