      Avantages

      I am a higher paid employee, and my job position.

      Inconvénients

      Management- You have to be careful with owners, this is a family run company, so no true HR, or employee standards are set and if you make her mad, you will be talked about etc. I left for a while due to this, but decided to come back and its still the same. Its a very wishy washy company. I just needed the flexibility that came with job title.

      Avantages

      There are not any pros to be given.

      Inconvénients

      Terrible work life balance. Inconsistent leadership. "Family Ran" and if you're not in the family you get back stabbed. Gossip trumps truth. Lies to investors to get business.
