Avantages

None really. You can work from home on some days and they have snacks available. Sadly that's about it.

Inconvénients

The company favors those in their community, and everyone else is treated as expendable until they replace them with those who know or who are friends with the CEO or his associates. Plus, in the part of Brooklyn, their office is located in one of the worst in the borough.

Lack of psychological safety; employees may hesitate to speak up Constantly shifting priorities and unclear expectations Feedback focuses on deficiencies rather than coaching or growth Micromanagement is common and trust is limited Inconsistent application of policies and expectations Reactive leadership and poor accountability High burnout risk due to sustained pressure and lack of balance Turnover is normalized rather than addressed
