I do want to comment that LeaseQuery has an internal-only career page, where current employees can apply to other roles (most roles are open internally and externally!). Employees are encouraged to speak about their career goals with their manager. It is disappointing to hear about your last meeting with your management. In almost every case, whether the exit is voluntary or involuntary, HR meets with every employee on or around their last day. Your feedback has been noted and shared with appropriate parties.
