      Avantages

      Contracting through Veritude was a way to get into Fidelity as a non-employee. Salaries are competive or better than they would otherwise be if you were to contract at Fidelity through another employer.

      Inconvénients

      Veritude is purely a staff augmentation firm. There's zero opportunity for career advancement. The moment your contract ends, you're done unless you find another contract.

      Avantages

      Subsidized cafeteria and nice campus Great co-workers. High caliber of people that I work with at all levels, but it is also a very high-profile project.

      Inconvénients

      Few contract opportunities. In my role, really wasn't opportunity to work on other projects. People stay a long time, again limits opportunities. Because the 401(k) requires 5 years to vest! Client service teams were ok. Definitely needs improvement.
