Avantages
After establishing yourself the earning potential is really good, commission structure is impressive. Great job to build confidence speaking to clients and organise your time efficiently.
Inconvénients
Zero transparency, advertised as entry level/graduate role but no patience shown with new starters. Ridiculous turnover as of late too. ‘Intensive training’ literally 2 days of them throwing everything they can at you hoping it sticks. Clique-ish environment but I guess that’s everywhere, workplace can be very unprofessional at times which throws you off your game tremendously.
