      Avantages

      It's a paycheck, but that's it.

      Inconvénients

      FiOptix overloads. Staff, does not compensate for extra work completed other than an occasion, and they have a glass ceiling. They like to hire friends and family, and provide opportunity for them, but not for others. Unless you know the CEO or the VP, good luck in having a solid career with FiOptix.

      Avantages

      Lots of overtime when available Company vehicle and fuel card Steady pay raises. Company issued tools Decent vacation time.

      Inconvénients

      Management has no respect for worklife balance. You can go from working from 7am-to 4pm to 9pm at a moments notice. Long drives some jobs can be 30 miles apart. Being tracked and micromanaged consistently throughout the day. Be prepared to do whatever it takes to complete an install even if theres a safety or placement issue or you will be getting a talking too.Revolving door of employees and sub contractors
