      Avantages

      It was awesome to be able to play exotic guitars and hang out with poeple who are passionate about music.

      Inconvénients

      No room for development. I know people who have worked there for 8 years and are still seating at the same desk, doing the same thing, making the same salary. The managers are absolutely narrow-mindded. No room for innovation.

      Avantages

      - super chill enviroment - great collegues - huge rock and roll culture - not super demanding depending on yearly projects - lots of fun activities year-round - great place to start your career; use it as a launchpad

      Inconvénients

      - poor leadership; truly, IDK where they get these leaders from - you wont get any help, expect to be thrown in the deep end - frontline workers complain a lot, makes it hard to implement things
