      Avantages

      Decent pay, good benefits, and open door policy all help. Occasional opportunities for advancement. Can be a very fun job at times.

      Inconvénients

      Unprofessional management. Too many office politics. Lots of favoritism. Unless you're the favorite of some upper-management, don't expect to get promoted. Many of the dock workers are unreliable, and HR rarely terminates employees based on performance. Extremely heavy work load during holiday season.

      The pay is decent. It was good part time work for while taking college courses.

      Inconvénients

      The work gets monotonous after a while.

      Avantages

      Fun working with drivers and coworkers to plan the logistics of shipments. Fun and something new every day.

      Inconvénients

      Lots of work that is never ending. Sometimes angry customers are a pain to deal with and most of the time situations are out my control.
