      I can work from home.

      Inconvénients

      The owner of Fasturtle Interactive is an awful and ineffective leader, and he isn't fit to lead this company at all. He is too arrogant to admit his mistakes, and he's also too inexperienced to make correct decisions for the company. And his incompetence is exhibited by the whole leadership and reflected in the company culture.

      Avantages

      Work-From-Home flexibility is fantastic. Company is able to adapt services/strategy to the changing digital marketing industry. Team is all very knowledge and helpful.

      Avantages

      A few friendly coworkers and a flexible work setup, but those are the only redeeming features. Leaving was by far the best decision I could have made.

      Inconvénients

      - Employees are constantly pressured to meet impossible quotas and tight deadlines. - Support is nearly nonexistent. - Hard work and effort go completely unnoticed. - The only time management pays attention is to criticize mistakes.
