Major communication issues with owners. Poor communication between owners and clients regarding what was in scope. Poor communication between owners and team. Poor communication between co-owners with different priorities (more sales at all cost vs balancing budgets). Fast paced can be a good thing, but isn't in this case. A very reactive atmosphere, rather than proactive. The staff in general is phenomenonal with a good attitude. That team is not always utilized well, with employees often being assigned tasks for which they don't have background or training. This creates a lot of stress, which coupled with pay grades below industry average, means an extremely high turnover rate. The upside here is that when you leave, you'll take away lots of skill and experience.
