Beware - Avis employé Grpahic Designer FastSigns

Management was terrible and the culture is terrible as well. If you quit they will talk about you and even blame you for their projects being behind. This place has a high turnover rate. It is not because of the workers it is because of management. I worked here a few years ago and I still see they are struggling to keep employees. It's not the worker it's you. Owner/Management is toxic. Quit and they’re going to talk about you. You could also be fired with really no explanation. Also checks were bouncing like crazy. Workers have gone to the labor board on the folks at this place.
