      I have started at FactoryFour EMEA with our current Sales Director as the first hire in London and we have grown from 3 people to a team of 9. Leadership is world class and joining FactoryFour will definitely put you ahead in your career as you will learn and develop both in your career and your personality. They have built one of the BEST working cultures, through highly tailored vetting process and training, and you will love waking up knowing who you will be working with and what product you will be offering to the market. You will also have an opportunity to speak to the best demographic and ICP prospects - Manufacturing leaders. They LOVE what they do and it makes pitching/discovery easy. Commission structure is unrivalled at the SDR level and you will for sure see your wallet gain some weight. This company is definitely going to the top - the product and the team James, Warren and Alex are building will be unrivalled in the MES/QMS space.

      Inconvénients

      We haven't been in the office much bc of Covid :( wish I had spent more time f2f with my team.

      Avantages

      EQ is definitely a valued skill at FactoryFour and If Im being honest it is what has kept me sane through the pandemic. The team at FactoryFour is very collaborative, relaxed, and down to earth which makes it easy to ask anyone for help or simply just to hangout. If you are motivated there is a lot of room for growth and given the size of the company you can work closely with upper management whom all want to help develop you. I was promoted from SDR to Operations Manager in less than a year and that was thanks to management that really helped develop my skills. As for the product it really speaks for itself. I have no doubt Factoryfour will be a strong competitor within the MES space.

      Inconvénients

      As with any startup, we def have growing pains and we're currently running lean which means you will definitely be wearing multiple hats, but we are currently going through a high growth phase.
