      1. Very approachable management 2. Culture of accountability and personal responsibility 3. Clear career progression pathways 4. Lots of options for training and continuous improvement

      Inconvénients

      1. Bell curving - a bit outdated ranking system 2. Updates in Hyderabad tend to get applied to Manila without much thought 3. Management decision-making can sometimes be a black box 4. Good for newbies but more senior workers hit a wall.

      Avantages

      Great work/life balance, but expect to work hard. Good team dynamics and open communications.

      Inconvénients

      Expect a reorg with cuts every 3 years or so. Resource prioritization often seems more tied to messaging value than actual value. Struggling to find a place in the FinTech ecosystem as it's not a giant like LSEG nor Bloomberg, but also not as focused and agile as small competitors.
