      Avantages

      Great work/life balance, but expect to work hard. Good team dynamics and open communications.

      Inconvénients

      Expect a reorg with cuts every 3 years or so. Resource prioritization often seems more tied to messaging value than actual value. Struggling to find a place in the FinTech ecosystem as it's not a giant like LSEG nor Bloomberg, but also not as focused and agile as small competitors.

      Culture among the employees is good. Everyone is ready to help and it is a relaxed place to work.

      Inconvénients

      Not good comms from top down. Too focused on profit over all else, cost cutting is constant.
