      You can probably spend your life here. Relatively secure.

      Inconvénients

      When I started my personal preferences on what team to work on were ignored despite scoring quite high during orientation. That was a real blow for me.

      Avantages

      Great work/life balance, but expect to work hard. Good team dynamics and open communications.

      Inconvénients

      Expect a reorg with cuts every 3 years or so. Resource prioritization often seems more tied to messaging value than actual value. Struggling to find a place in the FinTech ecosystem as it's not a giant like LSEG nor Bloomberg, but also not as focused and agile as small competitors.
