Stay away!!!! - Avis employé Administrative Assistant FST Logistics

I’ve worked a couple locations and held a couple office positions. They were a great company to work for when I first started, but went downhill very fast. Once they became an ESOP company, they were not looking out for the employees, but only looking out for the profits. New HR people are the worst. They no longer post jobs internally, so there is absolutely NO room for growth. They have some of the worst managers. Some are verbally abusive to employees, and some lie and cheat their way along. Dock workers are expected to work 7 days a week and forced OT daily during peak times. No good work life balance. Cross dock has managers and leads drinking and doing drugs on the clock. Some dock workers steal from the warehouse. Managers do nothing to correct and only lie for the bad employees. They have a lot of the wrong employees in the wrong positions. A lot of good employees have been pushed out due to bad management in dealing with bad employees. They NEVER get rid of them no matter what they do. They allow others to sabotage work on multiple occasions and do nothing about it.
