Avantages
Got there after graduation within economics, so I would say it was a good first insights into the world of sales and customer relationship(B2C). Great family-feeling with the colleagues. Also great place to learn about responsibilities and routines.
Inconvénients
Don´t get stuck at the company as I did for three years... The office managers did often lack modern competence/knowledge about team development and sales, and it´s a dinosaur business. Rather keep trying different jobs after a shorter period at Forex for personal development.
