      Avantages

      Integrity - Company directives are centered around "do the right thing" for the customer and employee. When in doubt default to satisfying the customer and employee. You matter - Everyone has a voice, very personal town hall meetings with officers of the company soliciting your thoughts and concerns. Literally coffee with the CEO at your table of (4) asking what are your ideas and concerns. Wow! Impressive.

      Inconvénients

      Winter, summer, spring or fall. We are outside and in the elements, only a con if you don't appreciate the great outdoors.

      Good consideration of their employees, and good standard pay

      Inconvénients

      They say you are getting a raise or getting paid more but its actually the standard pay they give starting off they just want current employees to feel accomplished with the illusion of it so they are trying to catch you up to that pay, and no actual room for growth do to hierarchy standards,
