Avantages
I worked at ExpressTech for 9 months, I was joined as a trainee QA, and then I was hired at a good package, I learned how to use JIRA, Slack, preparing reports, communicating with client and developers
Inconvénients
Well, I left because of other good opportunity. The founders are really very cool and very much helping, the will eventually sit with you to push you ahead, never heard such incident in other company. Both founders are software developers and expect very high degree of quality, they provide all guidance time to time, but I found I was working too much and wanted to maintain work life balance. They have alternate Saturday OFF culture.
