      Avantages

      The company is small enough to make and act on decisions quickly. The size also allows all employees access to the executive team, and a chance to see the impact of their ideas and efforts. ISO certified and focused on lean six sigma practices. Great people to work with. A fun environment.

      Inconvénients

      Unsuccessful at growing revenues organically. High customer concentration. Volatile financial results.

      Avantages

      Light work load, 7:00 am-3:30 pm schedule, no OT and no disturbances after working hours.

      Inconvénients

      No profesional growth, company is constantly in red numbers, no salary increases, evident favoritism and lack of professionalism in upper management (plant manager/director). They don’t care if you have 15+ years of experience in processes they won’t pay your fairly or increase your wage, even you learn new things. Some people there is extremely rude but management doesn’t care, not even HR. If you want to grow professionally, there is no room, the ones in management have inherited positions, not due to knowledge or expertise but due to friendship.
