Avantages
Light work load, 7:00 am-3:30 pm schedule, no OT and no disturbances after working hours.
Inconvénients
No profesional growth, company is constantly in red numbers, no salary increases, evident favoritism and lack of professionalism in upper management (plant manager/director). They don’t care if you have 15+ years of experience in processes they won’t pay your fairly or increase your wage, even you learn new things. Some people there is extremely rude but management doesn’t care, not even HR.
If you want to grow professionally, there is no room, the ones in management have inherited positions, not due to knowledge or expertise but due to friendship.
