      Avantages

      One massive pro is that everyone in the team is great to work with. There is solid team engagement with regular teambuilding activities and events. The work is interesting and the management is supportive.

      Inconvénients

      Work can be stressful at times.

      Avantages

      Honestly - nothing. You start out thinking it's going to be great, but quickly goes downhill

      Inconvénients

      Micromanaging is horrible, lots of favouritism to certain staff but it changes on a whim as soon as a mistake is made. Owner yells at staff. Team gets pitted against each other. Honestly was one of the worst places I ever worked, dreaded going to work everyday.

      Work is not too heavy. No micromanaging with your time

      Inconvénients

      Management resistant to change. Lots of bureaucracy. No bonuses or performance incentives.
