Avantages
ExecuSource is one of the more different environments I have ever worked in, and that is a great thing. It is a very transparent place to work and that allows you to get better every day and warrant the support as necessary of company leadership. Not sure I have worked at a place where the owner of the company sits in the middle of the production bullpen and gets excited over every deal. Every. Single. Deal. ExecuSource isn't easy...but if you want it bad enough, it is a place where you can be very successful, and contribute to the success of an exceptional organization.
Inconvénients
Not a lot cons, to be honest. Wide open office..so if you are shy or need a very quiet, docile, church mouse workspace...ExecuSource may not be for you.

Thank you! We are a bit "boisterous" which isn't for everyone! By the way, we I do get excited about "Every. Single. Deal" because I know how dedicated my team members are and it is fulfilling to watch people succeed! Frank
The company offers a flexible work environment (depending on region and role), which can support a healthy work-life balance. Employees are provided with the tools and resources needed to succeed, and there's a strong emphasis on individual ownership and performance. The team culture is fun, collaborative, and supportive — people genuinely want to see each other succeed. After a few challenging years in the staffing industry, it's encouraging to see the business gaining momentum and showing real growth in 2025.
Inconvénients
There has been some inconsistency in communication and implementation of in-office versus remote expectations across regions. Initially, there was a blend of contract and perm across functions, and sales and recruiting were structured differently, but that strategy appears to have shifted for new hires without clearly aligning or transitioning existing team members. While things are still functioning, there's a noticeable lack of formal structure and alignment that could help with overall clarity and cohesion.
