Great vision for the product but very buggy

Culture is terrible, a lot of micromanagement. The CRO yells at employees, is unable to communicate clearly so expectations aren’t set effectively, he hosts “mind melds” where the team is supposed to share best practices but it ends up being him talking at us for an hour, CRO takes credit for people’s work shamelessly, he doesn’t inspire, he dictates. Pay is all over the place as well, some people in comparable positions make more than half of what their peers make. There are differing opinions on how to sell ExecVision, coming from leadership, so it is confusing to know which methodology to use. There’s a “close anything you can in any way you can” mentality, even if prospect is a bad fit. People are promised career advancement but there is no plan to back it up. There was little onboarding either, it was all over the place and confusing to follow.
