Avantages
The new GM in Columbus has replaced most of the managers over the past couple years and this has made a huge difference. Although the past decade was pretty rough at Exact with heavy-handed management by the Dutch parent company and poor local managers, the new management seems to operate more independently and it has made a big difference. The GM seems to be very driven and positive and has done a lot of things for the employees. Revenue is growing dramatically. I'm on the development team and we've seen many positive changes. The team recently switched to Agile and is re-engineering everything. We're building new architecture and I'm learning new skills. Also, they are encouraging lots of new activities to keep things interesting -- hackathons, field trips, free lunches, and training. Also hiring seems to be increasing and the team is growing. Work from home policy is a great benefit as well as a nice vacation policy. Great place to work and great people.
Inconvénients
IT/helpdesk group can be difficult to work with. Junky laptops. Salaries are OK but nothing to brag about.
