      Avantages

      Small business, direct access to managers, family atmosphere. Evolution is very accomodating with regard to work/life balance and personal needs of its employees.

      Inconvénients

      Difficult industry, not in a financial position to bring along junior brokers or business development. Evolution is finding itself at a difficult crossroads with the continuous progress of trade automation and difficult commodity markets.
