      I am on a great team with awesome leadership. There is a lot to learn and experience here.

      I don't have any at this time. I think the company is pretty flexible and understanding. No bad experiences in the time I've been here.

      Good work-life balance and supportive team culture. Projects feel meaningful because they support large federal programs. Flexible environment with opportunities to learn new tools like SQL and Power BI via internal platform, Pluralslight. Leadership is generally approachable and coworkers are collaborative and helpful.

      Inconvénients

      Salary growth can be slower than the private sector. Some processes are bureaucratic and decision-making can take time. Career progression paths are not always clearly defined, especially for analysts wanting to move into senior roles quickly.
