      Hands off approach Never had issues with leaders/supervisors Was able to negotiate a higher pay

      Inconvénients

      Experience gap between coworkers was apparent Pay gap was huge, even within the same team Daily TV replacement/installs

      Overnight shift was brutal. But made it through
