      Great coworkers, encouragement, competitive environment, and commission/bonus structure.

      Inconvénients

      Not much upper management contact (above MD). Lots of processes and policies. Lots of politics.

      It was great before Everforth come in and took over.

      Inconvénients

      No transparency! I was given negative feedback on a recent interview and the recruiter would not disclose anything. I have a right to know what was said about me. How else can I improve if I don't know why I did not get the job?
