The company is changing many things including its business model, mission, and steering greatly towards AI and offshore solutions. The wfh opportunity balanced out the low budget for raises however that is changing to a RTO

Inconvénients
No transparency! I was given negative feedback on a recent interview and the recruiter would not disclose anything. I have a right to know what was said about me. How else can I improve if I don't know why I did not get the job?
