Avantages

Flexible hours. You sign up for when you want to work.

Inconvénients

Low pay. $8/hour. Have to watch your paycheck like a hawk. They short you hours. Have to buy own uniform. Rarely get a break. No lunch. Long hours with some outside work in the heat or cold. Supervisors not very helpful and many not very pleasant. High turnover in supervisory and management staff. Little to no training. Owner is horrible to work for. Everyone is afraid of him. He is a tyrant.

Avantages

The people are awesome. Walter Ayala was the supervisor when I was there and everybody loved him. The work load is perfect for a work study job, and managers are very flexible with letting you go to get school work done (managers are students themselves)

Inconvénients

Requires ability to lift heavy objects, which means some workers are inherently less helpful

Avantages

If you are an hourly employee you can work 100 hours per week without a break. If you are a salaried employee you will work that many hours with no vacation time.

Inconvénients

You are promised vacation when you start but when you try and use the time you are told that you didn't work enough hours to be eligible. This includes employees that are on salary. They also deduct money from your check if one of your employees doesn't show up for their shift. They made every employee pay for their state security license, $75 deducted from their check, but never turned it into the state. $75 times at least 1000 employees, maybe at least $75,000 that was pocketed by "someone".
