      Give opportunities to employees to try new jobs arising in the workplace Understanding, always listens and act on employees compliants

      Inconvénients

      Lacks in some areas of management, the working hours are odd and I think our working on Saturdays is unnecessary as the workload is quite small and manageable within the week that is Monday to Friday

      Minimal supervision by management .Nice staff yearly campaigns with encouraging giveaways and mementos. recognition of exemplary effort and delivery. plenty of leave days and optical cover .

      Inconvénients

      Exhaustive procurement approval and funds allocation for set projects. frequent amendments to company policy.delayed bonus, shifting medical cover and zero promotions
