      Great team but poor management - Avis employé Software Engineer Ergon Informatik

      Avantages

      Working within the team is great, you can switch projects and have time to improve your skills.

      Inconvénients

      The management is inconsistent. On the outside, employer-contribution, transparency and democracy are said to be key features, but in reality the mayor shareholders decide, without adhering to previous promises. As an example: The compensation is non negotiable and you get promised a fixed rate for the next years. But this promise can (and will) be broken as it is not fixed.

      Avantages

      Travailler avec une grande équipe de personnes talentueuses. Des objectifs axés sur la mission et une attitude passionnée tout au long du cycle de vie du développement du produit.

      Inconvénients

      Partager un bureau avec un groupe de personnes sans rapport était souvent distrayant et perturbant. J'aurais apprécié un environnement de travail plus séparé.
