      Avantages

      - Managers are excellent and very understanding. - You can choose your shifts. - 1 hour lunch plus 2x 15 minute paid breaks. - Trusted to work off own initiative (No micromanaging).

      Inconvénients

      -Handful of colleagues that are very cliquey. (Not all, but there is often a sense of exclusion/being left out of conversations purposefully amongst some people.

      Avantages

      Good services, if they are supported properly. AE teams are a life saver for an AE.

      Inconvénients

      Lack of training on what the job actually requires. Lack of coordination of operations to sales, AE must do a lot of operational work to resolve ongoing issues and avoid cancellations.
