Avantages
Good pay, a team for almost every situation, good people to work with. Great opportunity to work with people around the world (depending on role). 401k match is nice too. I did not have any problem taking time off when needed. Supervisor was wonderful to work with.
Inconvénients
They'll tell you you're family but you're not, don't expect to hear any bad news during the weekly CEO report, finding the right person to talk to can be the most difficult part of your project. Equifax is recommended if you accept that they're like every other corporation that regularly does layoffs and there's a decent chance it will be your turn some day. Especially if you're bumping the ceiling on your paygrade.
