      Avantages

      Learned so much about EHRs and healthcare, but more importantly about how to be a good manager, manage large projects, work with others, and how to operate a large business. You work with amazing people! Managers are more than just your boss, they're your coach. Benefits are great. Epic had a wonderful culture that I enjoyed - and rather miss it. I wish I could have found a permanent home at Epic.

      Inconvénients

      If you are a high-achieving, ambitious QAer, your pay is substantially lower at Epic than what you can get outside of Epic.

      Avantages

      I learned a lot, started as part time and moved up to full time with benefits and got a lot of hands on experience and am fortunate for the opportunity.

      Inconvénients

      A lot of micromanaging is done in the office I was at. A lot of disorganization between managers and doctors lacking communication to their medical assistants and to each scheduling department.
